Required Qualifications & Skills

- 3+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow design, development, and implementation.
- Proven, practical experience with Custom Scope Application Development on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong proficiency in core ServiceNow scripting and modern web technologies (JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, REST/SOAP web services).
- In-depth understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data models, Access Control Lists (ACLs), and Update Set management.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
- Additional ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Implementation Specialist credentials.

- Familiarity with CI/CD deployment pipelines and Automated Test Framework (ATF) within ServiceNow.
