If you have a proven track record in leasing and are familiar with OneSite, we invite you to apply and contribute to our growing success. **Responsibilities:** - Greet prospective residents, provide property tours, and effectively communicate the features and benefits of the community. - Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, ensuring all leads are captured and followed up on. - Process applications, conduct thorough background checks, and evaluate prospective residents to determine eligibility. - Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met. - Utilize OneSite software to manage and track resident applications, leases, move-ins, and move-outs. - Collaborate with the property management team to establish and maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and related documentation. - Address resident concerns, requests, and inquiries in a timely and empathetic manner to maintain high levels of resident satisfaction. - Monitor market trends and competitors' offerings to recommend competitive pricing strategies and marketing initiatives. - Assist in the planning and execution of resident events and promotional activities to enhance community engagement. - Conduct routine property inspections to ensure units are well-maintained and adhere to company standards. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fair housing laws, property management regulations, and industry best practices. **Qualifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred. - Proven experience as a Leasing Agent with a track record of successful lease-ups and maintaining high occupancy rates. - Proficiency in using OneSite software for property management tasks is highly preferred. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey information to prospective and current residents. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Understanding of fair housing regulations and commitment to maintaining compliance. - Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed to accommodate prospective residents' schedules. - Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting the property's brand and image.
