🚨 Hiring: SAP FICO Consultant / Lead – Data Migration & Carve-Out

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant / Lead with strong data migration expertise and Aviation domain experience for an 8-month subcontract opportunity.

📍 Location: Wichita, KS (Travel Required)

💼 Mode of Hire: Subcontract (C2C)

⏳ Duration: 8 Months

🔹 Key Responsibilities
\n
- \n
- Lead SAP data migration activities for a dedicated carve-out project within the existing SAP landscape.
- Manage manual extraction, mapping, transformation, loading, and reconciliation of historical and open data.
- Perform detailed pre-load and post-load validation to ensure financial accuracy and data integrity.
- Execute and troubleshoot migration loads using custom ABAP programs and standard/custom BAPIs.
- Use advanced Excel capabilities to manage large datasets, data cleansing, mapping, and reconciliation.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to capture data logic requirements and communicate feedback to technical teams.
- Reconcile logistics data across MM/SD with financial data across FI/CO.

🔹 Required Skills
\n
✅ Strong SAP FI/CO functional expertise in GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, and Internal Orders.
\n
✅ Working knowledge of SAP PS, including WBS elements; SAP MM, including master data and purchase orders; and SAP SD, including sales orders.
\n
✅ Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data cleansing, and large-scale reconciliation.
\n
✅ Experience with SAP ECC tables, custom ABAP migration programs, and BAPIs.
\n
✅ Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
\n
✅ Prior SAP data migration or carve-out experience.
\n
⭐ Preferred Experience
\n
✈️ Aviation / Aerospace industry experience is highly preferred.
\n

- SAP carve-outs, system splits, or data separation projects.
- Manual data mapping and reconciliation without external ETL tools.
- Cross-functional reconciliation of financial and logistics data.
\n
