Role Overview

We are seeking a JAVA Full Stack Technical Lead to drive the development and delivery of our solutions used by healthcare organizations. This role requires a highly accountable engineer who takes full ownership of deliverables, leads a development team, and provides technical direction across the entire software lifecycle.

The ideal candidate combines strong engineering fundamentals with modern AI-assisted development practices, and can guide a team to build scalable, reliable software under tight delivery timelines.

- Provide technical direction and architectural guidance across backend, frontend, integrations, and data layers.
- Conduct code reviews and pull request reviews to maintain high engineering quality.

- Ensure the team follows best practices in design patterns, anti-patterns, and maintainable code structure.
