Job DescriptionMAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, mandatory weekends as necessary$18.00 per hour or DOEESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
<ul>
<li>Fill out required documentation in a timely and correct manner</li>
<li>Understand the operation of all equipment in the production area</li>
<li>Perform preventive maintenance operations</li>
<li>Diagnose and repair AC and DC motor controls</li>
<li>Identify and communicate problematic issues</li>
<li>Maintain the work areas in a tidy condition, including the maintenance shop and storage areas</li>
<li>Ensure all the company’s policies on safety, food safety, food defense, and GMPs are followed</li>
<li>Other job duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
JOB REQUIREMENTS
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>College or Technical School degree preferred</li>
<li>2 - 5 years maintenance experience</li>
<li>Computer literate</li>
<li>Strong oral and written communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to read equipment diagrams, troubleshoot equipment malfunctions</li>
<li>Must be organized, detail-oriented, and a strong at multitasking</li>
<li>Ability to lift 50 lbs.</li>
<li>Previous maintenance experience in a food facility</li>
</ul>
PREFERRED SKILLS
<ul>
<li>TIG, MIG and ARC welding capability</li>
<li>Knowledgeable in the following: Electronic 12VDC, hydraulics, pneumatics, motor starters, pumps and PLC controls</li>
