Facilities Manager

Job Description

Aegis is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to join our client's organization. This ideal candidate has the following skills and experience:

• 
  \n 5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or building operations

\n

• .Prior experience doing building maintenance within a manufacturing business

\n

• .Stable work histor

\n

• yKnowledge of industrial systems and utilities; HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, fire/safety

\n

• .Experience responding to operational issues quickly

\n

• .Experience managing vendors and contracts; able to coordinate with contractors and service providers & communicate with the team on timelines of completed work

\n

• .Leadership experience; at least 2 years of experience managing at least one individual

\n

• .Experience working hands on and independently to solve problems and issues

\n

• .Able to walk, lift, climb, and access mechanical spaces

\n

• .Needs to be available for occasional after-hours or emergency suppor

\n

• tExperience with snow removal, trash pickup

\n

• .Experience with OSHA and building code compliance

\n

• .Experience managing inspections, permits and documentation for the department

\n

• .Preventative maintenance experience
