Job DescriptionJanitorPay Rate: $22.03/hour
Shift Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday
Location: Twin Falls, Idaho

If you’re self-sufficient, communicative, and committed to cleanliness, this is the role for you.Job SummaryAs the Janitor, you are responsible for keeping all areas of the facility free of debris, dust, spills, and hazards. You’ll work closely with operations and maintenance teams to ensure a clean, orderly, and safe environment that supports productivity and quality.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sweep and clean production, warehouse, and facility floors on a scheduled basis
  • Remove trash, debris, scrap materials, and waste from designated areas
  • Operate manual and powered floor-cleaning equipment safely and effectively
  • Inspect work areas for spills, hazards, or housekeeping issues and address them promptly
  • Empty waste containers and transport materials to designated disposal locations
  • Maintain cleanliness of walkways, workstations, break areas, and common spaces
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or maintenance needs to supervisors
  • Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned
  • Support facility-wide housekeeping and continuous improvement initiatives

What You Need to SucceedMust Haves:

  • Self-sufficient and able to work independently
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety

Preferred:

  • Previous janitorial, housekeeping, warehouse, or manufacturing experience
  • Experience with industrial floor sweepers or cleaning equipment

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

  • Stand and walk for extended periods
  • Bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive movements
  • Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
  • Work in varying temperatures and industrial environments
  • Exposure to dust, noise, machinery, and moving equipment
  • Must use appropriate PPE, including steel toe shoes
