Nyne Infotech is partnering with a leading healthcare organization to identify an experienced Epic Healthy Planet / Compass Rose Analyst for a long-term remote engagement. Role overview

We are seeking an experienced, Compass Rose-certified consultant to support specialty care management and care navigation initiatives.
\n
\n
The consultant must combine clinical workflow design with hands-on build. They will work with senior clinical and operational stakeholders to define requirements, develop Compass Rose programs, demonstrate proofs of concept and support implementation and go-live.
\n
\n
Responsibilities
\n
\n
• Lead discovery and design discussions with executives, Chief Medical Information Officers, clinical specialists and application teams.
\n
• Translate service-line goals into Compass Rose programs and care navigation workflows.
\n
• Design and configure program workflows, checklist tasks and care coordination processes.
\n
• Connect Compass Rose programs with broader specialty care pathways.
\n
• Build and demonstrate proofs of concept, gather feedback and refine the solution.
\n
• Carry approved designs through build, testing, implementation and go-live support.
\n
• Explain design choices, dependencies and delivery risks clearly.
\n
\n
Required qualifications
\n
\n
• Must have Current Epic Compass Rose certification, with evidence available for verification.
\n
• Substantial hands-on Compass Rose program design, configuration and implementation experience.
\n
• Experience with episodic care management, care navigation or related clinical workflows.
\n
• Ability to lead requirements and design discussions with senior stakeholders.
\n
• Ability to personally build and demonstrate the proposed solution.
\n
• Implementation and go-live support experience.
\n
• Clear communication and the ability to work independently within an established application team.
\n
Preferred experience
\n
• Specialty care management and multidisciplinary clinical programs.
\n
• Cardiology, oncology, gastroenterology, urology or radiology workflows.
\n
• Translating service-line strategy into application workflows.
\n
• Broader Healthy Planet and analytics knowledge.
\n
\n

- Associate degree or higher in healthcare, information systems, business, or a related field
\n
\n
Location: Remote Duration: 12+ months, with possible extension
