  • Promote a strong environmental health and safety (EHS) culture through employee training, safe work practices, regulatory compliance, and incident prevention.
  • Support food safety and quality requirements by maintaining clean, sanitary, and reliable equipment and facility systems.
  • Ensure maintenance activities support Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and preparation for internal and external audits.
  • Communicate maintenance performance, project status, safety concerns, and improvement opportunities to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or facilities experience, with progressive responsibility.
  • Previous experience leading, supervising, or managing a maintenance team.
  • Experience developing and managing preventive maintenance programs.
  • Working knowledge of CMMS platforms, maintenance work orders, equipment records, and maintenance KPIs.
  • Experience maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment, utilities, and facility systems.
  • Working knowledge of systems such as electrical power, industrial controls, boilers, compressors, HVAC, plumbing, and welding.
  • Experience in food manufacturing or another highly regulated manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Understanding of food safety, quality, GMP, EHS, and regulatory compliance requirements.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively across maintenance, engineering, operations, quality, and leadership teams.
  • Ability to work on the production floor and throughout the facility, lift up to 55 pounds, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and adjust work hours as needed to support operations.
