- Coordinate electrical system models with Architectural, Structural, HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems to ensure fully integrated designs.
- Participate in weekly coordination meetings with other disciplines to resolve clashes and design conflicts within the BIM environment.
- Prepare pre-fabrication drawings and layouts for field installation using AutoCAD and Revit, ensuring constructability and clarity for field teams.
- Support the electrical design process by translating design intent into detailed models and drawings suitable for construction.
- Collaborate closely with the pre-fabrication department to ensure models and drawings align with fabrication and installation requirements.
- Apply knowledge of construction practices and electrical design to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Use Navisworks and other modeling tools to review, coordinate, and validate BIM models for constructability and clash detection.

The team currently includes one other BIM modeler and collaborates closely with the pre-fabrication department and field installation teams. Projects include large and complex facilities such as hospitals, power plants, and other commercial buildings, offering exposure to sophisticated electrical systems and multidisciplinary coordination.
