We are looking for an experienced technology leader to drive enterprise application strategy and support a major Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP transformation initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
\n

- Lead enterprise application strategy and ERP transformation initiatives.
- Drive Oracle ERP evaluation, technology selection and implementation planning.
- Translate Finance and business requirements into technology solutions.
- Guide enterprise architecture, integrations, data migration and application governance.
- Partner with senior Finance and Technology leadership.
- Manage implementation partners, vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Establish program governance, manage risks and drive executive-level communication.

Required Experience:
\n

- Senior leadership experience in Enterprise Applications, ERP or Business Technology.
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
- Prior involvement in ERP selection, implementation or enterprise transformation.
- Strong understanding of Finance systems and enterprise application architecture.
- Experience managing consulting partners and global delivery teams.
- Excellent executive stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Background:

- Director / Senior Director / VP-level experience.
- Experience leading large-scale Oracle ERP transformation programs.
- Exposure to global organizations, infrastructure or private equity-backed businesses.
- Candidates based in the Washington DC, Maryland or Virginia area preferred.
