Title: Sr. Project Manager-Infrastructure & Cybersecurity #100434
Location: Hybrid 3 days onsite in Dallas, TX (Victory Park area)
Pay: $58.77/hr w2 MAX rate- w2 only for conversion
Hours: Expectation is to work EST times, busiest is in the morning some meetings start 8.30am EST.
Type: Contract
Length: 12-months; possibility to extend
Screenings: full panel drug and background once hired
IV process: 2 interviews after screening call
MUST HAVES:
- Lean Agile Scrum and PI Planning experience
- EDUCATION / YOE: min 5–7+ years of Project Management experience
- Agile + Waterfall experience
- Infrastructure project experience
- Cybersecurity / GRC experience
- Budget management and financial forecasting
- Risk / issue management
- Strong project status reporting and stakeholder communication
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a lean, collaborative environment
- Preferred
- Agile transformation / migration experience
- M365 experience
- OT experience
- Energy/industrial experience
- ERP experience
Role overview:
- Looking for an IT Project Manager focused on Infrastructure + Cybersecurity projects.
- Will manage approximately 4–5 projects.
- Team is currently piloting a Lean/Agile transformation while still managing many infrastructure projects through Waterfall.
- Need someone comfortable working across both Agile and Waterfall environments and helping transition traditional processes toward Agile.
- Strong PMO Controls / financial management background is important.
- Must be collaborative and willing to support other projects in a lean team environment.
This person will be responsible for managing project budgets and providing regular reporting on project financial and overall health.
