Day to day, you'll:Conduct apartment tours and highlight community featuresGuide prospects through applications and lease paperworkBuild strong relationships with current residents to support renewalsSupport front-office operations and respond to resident needsHelp create a welcoming, professional atmosphere for every visitorWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent2+ years in leasing, residential property management, or customer service preferredA natural at building rapport, with solid sales and closing skillsComfortable with Microsoft OfficeReliable transportationBonus points if you've worked with Yardi or other property management software, or have experience in resident retention and multifamily operations - but we're happy to train the right person.ScheduleFull-time, Monday–Friday plus most Saturdays.
