Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a 128-unit, 2-story walk-up apartment community with an additional 24 single-family homes. This is a full-time, immediate opening for an experienced multifamily professional with at least 4 years of experience.&nbsp;
The ideal candidate has technical knowledge in HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, pool, and general apartment maintenance. This role requires reliability, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional residential service.&nbsp;
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Perform maintenance and repair on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems</li>
<li>Complete assigned work orders accurately and efficiently</li>
<li>Respond to emergency maintenance requests, including participation in an on-call rotation</li>
<li>Turn vacant units to company standards</li>
<li>Assist with upkeep of community grounds and common areas</li>
<li>Address resident maintenance requests in a professional and timely manner</li>
