Must Have Requirements:

- Strong hands-on Java development experience. 10+ years
- Strong hands-on experience and understanding of Microsoft Azure experience. 10+ years.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface with both business partners and technical staff.
- Experience building full stack applications.
- Banking/Financial Experience
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) is a MUST.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Application DBAs (APP DBAs) and quickly troubleshoot and resolve application and database-related issues.
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications. Claude, CoPilot, Etc.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Experience with cloud-native application architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated application deployments. Using GitActions
- Strong SQL and relational database experience.

- Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, or other generative AI technologies.

- Experience with React, Angular, or another modern front-end framework.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and infrastructure-as-code technologies such as Terraform, ARM, or Bicep.
- Experience with Kubernetes networking, ingress, secrets/configuration management, scaling, and monitoring.
- Experience with event-driven architectures and distributed systems.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications in production environments.
