Job Description

Tesoro Group is seeking an experience Leasing agent to join one of our clients teams at (1) of their properties in Oakdale, MN (55128). The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years leasing in luxury properties, attention to detail and attention to detail. Proven sales and customer service experience is required. This role is contract to hire (90 days before conversion).

This role will be working with 320+ luxury units and 7 stories.

Pay Rate: $20-$23/hour DOQ.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 10am – 6pm with Saturday working rotation.

Role/Responsibilities:

Provides tours of apartments and community to potential residents for purpose of leasing apartments
Completes training programs assigned by upper management
Completes opening checklist
Keeps accurate records of both phone and walk-in traffic utilizing approved phone logs and marketing systems
Enters property traffic data into CRM.
Educates potential residents of the advantages of leasing at the property
Conduct comparative surveys weekly to ensure competitive market pricing
Conducts outreach marketing as needed
Screens rental applications and qualify potential residents
Prepares leases for qualified potential residents
Completes reports as instructed by Leasing Manager, Property manager, or Vice President of Property Management
Assists residents with questions, maintenance requests, payment of rent or other requests daily
Maintains a positive customer relations attitude
Complete all follow up by end of day
Complies with all Federal and Local Fair Housing regulations and ordinances
Performs other related duties as assigned by Leasing Manager, Property manager, or Vice President of Property Management

Position Requirements:

Demonstrates excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple tasks in a fast-paced, demanding environment
Must be reliable and follow through on commitments – produce timely work to required- or higher-standards, and pitches in to get the job completed
Must be attentive to detail and adhere to company standards
Must be proficient in computer programs, including MS Word and Outlook.
2 years leasing experience with demonstrated sales ability
Be able to pass a background check before employment.
