Maintenance Assistant Technician Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities

Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, elevators, and lobbies

Participate in a team-based approach to ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of our campus

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and identify areas for improvement

Respond to and resolve facility-related issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Maintain accurate records and reports of work performed and materials used

Maintenance Assistant Technician Requirements:
