Key Responsibilities
- Lease apartments and process applications
- Showcase and maintain model apartments
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects
- Coordinate marketing, outreach, and social media efforts
- Maintain accurate resident/property files
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Leasing experience preferred; sales or customer service required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Entrata experience a bonus
- Professional appearance, strong communication skills, positive attitude
- Ability to walk the property regularly and lift up to 25lbs
- Availability on Saturdays required
