MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

A highly automated manufacturing facility is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support production equipment.

This position is responsible for preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, and supporting the continuous operation of manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance on production equipment

• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment issues

• Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs to minimize production downtime

• Replace mechanical components and support equipment adjustments

• Read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics

• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation

• Assist production with equipment setups, adjustments, and changeovers

• Perform root cause analysis on recurring equipment issues

• Support and mentor less experienced maintenance technicians

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

• Approximately 3+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability

• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics

• Basic electrical troubleshooting skills

• Ability to read blueprints and schematics

• Injection molding or plastics experience is helpful but not required

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
