Schedule: Evening and Night Shifts
About the Role:
We are seeking a dependable and highly skilled Floor Tech with 10 years of experience in professional floor care. This part-time position focuses on evening and night work, with a strong emphasis on strip and wax services.
Responsibilities:
- Perform strip and wax on VCT and other commercial floor types
- Operate buffers, burnishers, auto-scrubbers, and related equipment
- Maintain floors to high-quality standards through proper cleaning and finishing techniques
- Follow all safety procedures and company protocols
- Work independently and complete tasks efficiently
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and clients when needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of floor care experience
- Strong experience in strip and wax (required)
- Availability to work evenings and nights
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
Compensation:
- $20/hour for all regular floor care work
- Strip & Wax Bonus Program available for qualified technicians
