JOB DESCRIPTION\n

Maintain a polished, discreet, and client-aligned security presence across corporate headquarters without disrupting the professional environment or employee experience.

\n

- Provide security coverage across multiple posts including lobby, executive floor, and rover assignments; execute post duties with professionalism, consistency, and attentiveness.

\n

- Monitor lobby, executive floor, and exterior/interior areas for safety, security, suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards, and access control issues.

\n

- Support visitor management and access control procedures: guest reception coordination, badge processes, credential verification, and handling of VIP/executive arrivals with discretion.

\n

- Conduct patrols, inspections, and respond as a mobile rover to calls for service, incidents, alarms, or urgent client needs; provide post relief as required.

\n

- Respond promptly and appropriately to medical incidents, disturbances, emergencies, alarms, access control issues, and security concerns; escalate to leadership or emergency responders as required.

\n

- Document incidents, observations, and post activity thoroughly, accurately, and in a timely manner.

\n

- Coordinate and communicate with reception, facilities, workplace teams, executive assistants, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient handling of visitor and security issues.

\n

- Maintain post readiness: appearance standards, equipment, communications devices, familiarity with post orders, SOPs, and emergency protocols; participate in trainings, drills, and briefings.

\n

- Balance hospitality and customer service with security enforcement to support a high-touch corporate environment and positive client experience.

\n

- Maintain operational discipline, situational awareness, and accountability throughout assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

\n


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\n

- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate security, executive protection, high-end security, law enforcement, military, or a related field.

\n

- Proficiency in observing, identifying, and reporting safety and security concerns in a corporate environment.

\n

- Ability to monitor and control access per visitor management and badge/access procedures, and to identify and address tailgating or unauthorized access attempts.

\n

- Strong incident response capability, including rapid assessment, escalation, and adherence to emergency procedures and chain-of-command expectations.

\n

- Ability to conduct interior and exterior patrols and inspections with attention to detail; ability to stand, walk, patrol, climb stairs, and remain alert for extended periods.

\n

- Working knowledge of emergency procedures, radio communications, incident documentation, and post discipline.

\n

- Strong situational awareness and ability to detect anomalies, suspicious behavior, and emerging issues.

\n

- Sound judgment and decision-making under pressure; ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and dynamic workplace conditions.

\n

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including report writing and documentation.

\n

- Professional, polished, discreet, calm, observant, dependable, service-oriented, emotionally mature, accountable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

\n

- Ability to work assigned shifts, including overtime, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

\n

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (listed as a requirement in the posting).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\n

- Experience working in a customer-facing, high-expectation environment.

\n

- Experience supporting executives, corporate headquarters, or high-profile environments.

\n

- Experience in a corporate technology environment or other high-end corporate headquarters setting.

\n

- Experience supporting executive floor operations or executive workplace environments.

\n

- Experience with access control systems, visitor management platforms, and incident reporting systems.

\n

- Background in executive protection, concierge security, or discreet client-facing security roles.

\n

- Strong understanding of hospitality-driven security in a professional business setting.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS\n

- Current CPR certification.

\n

- Current First Aid certification.

\n

- Current AED certification.

\n

- Current California BSIS guard card (California security guard license).

\n

- Exposed firearm permit.

\n

- CCW/LEOSA (Concealed Carry/LEOSA credential as listed).

\n

- Valid driver's license (and clean driving record).
