It's an opportunity for someone who wants to develop into a Maintenance Supervisor while gaining valuable experience overseeing multiple apartment communities. You'll provide support at Oquirrh Hills while taking primary responsibility for the maintenance operations at Valo on Vine and Ledger Cove, working alongside experienced leaders who are invested in your professional development.If you're dependable, enjoy solving problems, and are looking for a company that promotes from within, we'd love to meet you.What We OfferStarting pay of $20+ per hour depending on experienceFull-time, stable scheduleMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife Insurance401(k) with company matchPaid Time Off and HolidaysEmployee Assistance ProgramOngoing training and leadership developmentOpportunities for advancement into Maintenance Supervisor and beyondWhat You'll DoAs our Floating Maintenance Technician, you'll help ensure three communities remain safe, attractive, and well-maintained by:Performing apartment turns to prepare homes for new residentsCompleting maintenance service requests efficiently and professionallyTroubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall, flooring, and carpentry issuesConducting preventative maintenance throughout the communitiesMaintaining community grounds, amenities, and curb appealCoordinating vendors and assisting with larger maintenance projects as neededSupporting maintenance operations at Oquirrh Hills while independently managing the day-to-day maintenance needs of Valo on Vine and Ledger CoveBuilding positive relationships with residents through outstanding customer serviceParticipating in an on-call rotation as neededWhat We're Looking ForPrevious apartment maintenance or property maintenance experience requiredExperience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, and general maintenanceEPA Certification is preferred but not requiredStrong troubleshooting and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize multiple responsibilitiesExcellent customer service and communication skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical demands of maintenance workIf you're ready to take the next step in your maintenance career, apply today and join a team that is committed to helping you grow professionally while making a difference for our residents every day.
