We are hiring a dependable Maintenance Technician in Granville County, NC. In this role, you will handle repairs and preventive maintenance to keep our facilities and equipment in top shape.
Responsibilities

<li>Complete preventive maintenance and repair work orders</li>
<li>Diagnose and fix equipment, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC problems</li>
<li>Perform light carpentry, painting, and general facility repairs</li>
<li>Inspect buildings and equipment for safety issues</li>
<li>Keep an organized inventory of tools and parts</li>
<li>Report maintenance needs and progress to management</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>1+ year of maintenance experience preferred</li>
<li>General knowledge of building and equipment repair</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation</li>
<li>Self-motivated and able to work independently</li>
