Job DescriptionSalary: $18-$20 per hour
Elation Properties is seeking a full-time cleaner to perform routine cleaning on its common areas and vacated units. This will be a full-time position for the months of June through October and part-time as needed thereafter.
The ideal candidate will be one who can work independently to meet set cleaning and building upkeep expectations. Were looking for a cleaning and sanitation professional who will exceed client expectations, ensuring that our beloved community is always in good condition and maintained properly.
Job Responsibilities
- Working with the property manager to set a routine cleaning schedule.
- Performing routine cleaning in accordance with the schedule on common areas, grounds, and vacant apartments.
- Ensuring cleaning vendors are in place as needed and performing according to expectations.
- Being available on the occasional night or weekend for vacant unit turnovers.
Hours:Full-Time set scheduled position. Unit turnovers may result in some overtime or additional hours as needed (demand will generally be near month end).
Schedule:5 days per week expected. Monday through Friday set schedule (to be set by the Property Manager).
Setting: Apartment Community
Hours per week: 40
Pay Rate: $18 - $20 per hour based on experience
Pay Frequency: Biweekly
