**Job Title: Maintenance Technician Level 1

**Location: Bloomington, IN 47404
**
**Duration: 02 Months (Possible extension)
**
**M-F 7am - 3:30pm
**
**Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:

- Candidate will be working inside of a bank
- Candidate will be driving a client van to multiple area locations
- Uniform and tools will be provided
**Team Overview:

Candidate will be working independently

- Lock repair
- Basic plumbing
- Basic electrical
- Basic carpentry
- Minor HVAC PM's
- Patching/painting
**Licenses/Certifications:

Driver's license
