I’m currently partnering with a growing global healthcare agency on an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join their expanding US team.

\n

What you’ll be doing:
\n
• Lead the planning and delivery of integrated healthcare campaigns from kickoff through completion
\n
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, deliverables, and project scope across multiple workstreams
\n
• Partner closely with Account, Creative, Strategy, and Medical teams to keep projects moving smoothly
\n
• Identify risks and dependencies and proactively develop solutions
\n
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients
\n
• Help bring structure, organization, and efficiency to a fast-paced agency environment
\n
\n
What we’re looking for:
\n
• 5+ years of project management experience within a healthcare, pharma, advertising, or communications agency
\n
• Strong understanding of agency workflows and integrated campaign delivery
\n
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
\n
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and competing priorities
\n
• A proactive, collaborative approach with strong stakeholder management skills
