Responsibilities

• Assist guests by responding promptly via phone, chat, email, and SMS to their inquiries and concerns.
• Manage customer support tickets efficiently across various communication platforms.
• Provide guidance and support related to orders, shipping details, returns, and billing questions.
• Work through customer concerns with patience and professionalism, aiming to resolve issues on the first contact whenever possible.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support tickets.
• Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and enhance overall customer experience.
• Stay informed about product updates, policies, and procedures to provide accurate assistance.

Experience

• Prior experience in customer service or help desk support is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Comfortable working across multiple channels including phone, chat, email, and SMS.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with ticket management systems are advantageous.
