Job DescriptionSalary: 26.00 to 28.00 per hour plus stipend

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in St Cloud. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, versatile, and proficient in a variety of maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and more. This role demands efficiency, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional property maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Maintenance Technician Key Responsibilities:

• Execute a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, including advanced plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, wall and trim repair, appliance maintenance, and general building maintenance.
• Conduct routine and preventative inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
• Respond to maintenance requests from tenants in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure all work is completed to high standards and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses.
• Communicate escalated maintenance issues to management.

Minimum Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
• Physical agility to navigate stairs, ladders, and outdoor environments
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling tools and equipment
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Ability twist at shoulders and waist
• Ability to reach overhead
• Ability to crouch low
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
