Job Description Position: Technical Lead (Oracle APEX & PL/SQL)
Location: Miami, FL 33178 - Remote
Duration: 6 Month Contract
Rate: $65/hr
Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Oracle APEX and PL/SQL to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications.
The role requires deep technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and collaboration with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership: Lead design and development, provide architecture guidance, and enforce standards.
Development & Delivery: Build and Eligible to workimize PL/SQL objects and APEX apps, translate requirements into solutions, and ensure quality delivery.
Performance & Eligible to workimization: Perform SQL tuning and ensure scalability and reliability.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business and cross-functional teams, act as technical POC.
Support & Maintenance: Handle production issues, RCA, and ensure SLA compliance.
Team Leadership: Mentor developers and drive best practices.
Governance: Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with processes.
Required Technical Skills : Strong experience in Oracle APEX and PL/SQL, including complex queries, packages, procedures, and performance tuning. Knowledge of Oracle database architecture and deployments.
Preferred Skills: Experience with Oracle Cloud (OCI), REST APIs, CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, and incident management tools.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
