💰 Salary: Up to $250k
We're partnering with a growing developer-builder to find an experienced Project Executive to lead the successful delivery of large-scale, ground-up multifamily developments from preconstruction through project completion.
This opportunity is ideal for a proven construction leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building high-performing teams, and has a strong track record delivering complex projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor project management and field teams across multiple active projects
- Oversee project execution, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
- Manage subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and change order processes
- Drive preconstruction activities including constructability reviews, value engineering, and design coordination
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, trade partners, and key stakeholders
- Ensure high standards for safety, quality, and project closeout across all projects
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of construction management experience with ground-up multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial projects
- Proven experience delivering projects valued at $20M+ from preconstruction through completion
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and subcontract management
- Experience with GMP or negotiated delivery methods preferred
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Sage, or similar construction management software
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
