An active real estate license is required. Previous listing experience is not required!

Compensation:

$125,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities: What You’ll Do

• Meet with motivated sellers and guide them through the listing process
• Follow up with prospects and manage your listing pipeline
• Conduct listing consultations and convert opportunities into listings
• Build client relationships that drive referrals and repeat business
• Host monthly team open houses with provided leads
• Maintain accurate CRM and calendar activity
• Participate in sales training, coaching, and weekly team meetings

Qualifications:

• Active Real Estate License required
• Full-time commitment to real estate and client success
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Coachable, goal-oriented, and driven
• Organized, proactive, and tech-savvy
• Professional, positive, and client-focused
• Sales or listing experience is a plus, but not required
• Passionate about helping clients reach their real estate goals
