• Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Pay: $30.00 per hour
• Full-time; overtime, weekends, and alternate shifts may be required

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot low-/high-voltage distribution and 3-phase (up to 450V–480V) controls including motor starters, VFDs, panels, sensors, and PLC-related circuits.
• Maintain and repair conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, belts, chains, and related mechanical systems.
• Perform root-cause analysis to prevent repeat failures and limit downtime.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans for electrical and mechanical assets.
• Use Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) without exception before service or repair.
• Read and apply electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.
• Test components and circuits using appropriate diagnostic equipment.
• Install and replace motors, controls, sensors, switches, electrical components, and mechanical parts.
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, rebuilds, and modifications.
• Respond to urgent breakdowns with timely, accurate troubleshooting and repairs.
• Document work, parts usage, and equipment status clearly and completely.
• Partner with production and maintenance teams to enhance reliability and throughput.
• Uphold a clean, organized, and safe workspace; follow company safety, electrical safety, and LOTO requirements.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.

Must-Haves

• 2+ years in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting skills.
• Hands-on with 3-phase 450V–480V systems, VFDs, motor starters, and control circuits.
• Mechanical aptitude across motors, conveyors, pumps, and power transmission components.
• Proficient and consistent use of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
• Ability to interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical prints.
• Experience with meters and electrical test equipment.
• Knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance best practices.
• Safety-first mindset around energized and mechanical equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Open to overtime, weekends, and schedule changes as needed.
• Comfort working in hot, cold, wet, noisy, and physically demanding environments.
• Effective communication and organized work habits.
