Detailed JD:

We are looking for a skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to design, develop, and maintain robust automated testing solutions.

Candidate should have strong programming and automation skills, experience in API and end-to-end testing, and the ability to build scalable automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts.

• Develop automation solutions for UI, API, backend, integration, and end-to-end testing.

• Create and maintain reusable automation components, utilities, libraries, and test data.

• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios.

• Design and execute API tests using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent.

• Validate backend processing and data using SQL/database queries.

• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines and enable continuous testing.

• Participate in code reviews and ensure automation code follows software engineering best practices.

• Improve automation coverage, reliability, maintainability, and execution efficiency.

• Identify opportunities to optimize the STLC through automation and GenAI-enabled testing.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong programming experience in at least one language:

o Java

o JavaScript/TypeScript

Test Automation: Hands-on experience with at least one

• Selenium

API & Backend Testing

• REST/SOAP API testing

• REST Assured or equivalent

• JSON/XML validation
