JOB SUMMARY: Performs maintenance and repairs on assigned Agency Facilities. Repairs may include but are not necessarily limited to plumbing, electrical work and carpentry.&nbsp; Maintain all facilities in a safe and orderly manner.&nbsp;
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
<ol>
<li>Perform plumbing, electrical and carpentry repairs as necessary where code permits as well as painting, spackling, and other repairs as required.</li>
<li>Performs periodic inspection of all Agency Facilities.</li>
<li>Prioritize facility repairs and develop a schedule for completion.</li>
<li>Recommend maintenance equipment needs to supervisor.</li>
<li>Perform emergency repairs during off hours as needed.</li>
<li>The assigned maintenance vehicle, to be used to travel to various Agency work sites, must be kept clean and always organized for ease of access and safety.</li>
<li>Responsible for notifying supervisor when the assigned vehicle requires repair or service (Oil Changes, etc.)</li>
</ol>
OTHER DUTIES: As required by supervisor
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES (Competencies):&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

<li>General knowledge of building maintenance and/or general construction</li>
<li>Ability to interact with contractors, and CCDOT staff</li>
<li>Basic Computer Skills</li>
