Property Manager -Mid-Sized Community ✨
We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead operations at a well-maintained, mid-sized community.
What You’ll Do as a Property Manager:
- Oversee daily property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
- Manage budgets, financials, and reporting (including variances & performance)
- Lead and support onsite team to meet occupancy and service goals
- Ensure property is maintained to high standards and work orders are completed timely
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve resident concerns
What We’re Looking For in a Property Manager:
- 2+ years of apartment property management experience required
- Strong understanding of property operations, financials, and leasing
- Experience with Yardi, AppFolio, or similar systems preferred
- Professional, organized, and team-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
