Leasing Consultant | Salt Lake Valley

Job Summary
Own the leasing experience and drive occupancy, resident satisfaction, and renewals. A hands-on leasing role in a digitally enabled, service-focused environment.

What You'll Do

Manage the full leasing journey: lead response, qualification, tours, applications, screening coordination, lease execution, move-ins, and follow-up
Convert qualified prospects through consultative sales, timely communication, and consistent follow-through
Support lease renewals, resident retention, service requests, and resolution of resident concerns
Maintain accurate leases, resident files, payments, notices, deposits, move-in/move-out documentation, and daily activity reports
Monitor leasing performance, occupancy, competitor pricing, and market trends, and share feedback with community leadership
Keep models, vacant homes, and touring areas clean, accurate, and ready to show, coordinating with maintenance on unit readiness
Coach or coordinate leasing team members and serve as operational backup for the Community Manager when designated
Use CRM, AI-assisted messaging, electronic leasing, and self-guided tour tools while keeping the experience personal and responsive
Follow Fair Housing, privacy, and property-management requirements

What You Bring

2+ years of multifamily leasing experience with proven sales and closing success
Strong customer service, written communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Comfort with digital tools, CRM platforms, electronic leases, and changing workflows
Ability to work on site in the Salt Lake Valley and support property operations as scheduled

Nice to Have

Experience with EliseAI, ResMan, Entrata, Yardi, RealPage, or similar systems
