Leasing Administrator – Property Management

Location: Philadelphia, PA & Surrounding Counties | $45,000/year + Incentives | Primarily Remote

Bay Property Management Group is growing, and we're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Leasing Administrator with an active Pennsylvania Real Estate License to join our team!

This is a primarily administrative, work-from-home position supporting our leasing operations across Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties.

What You'll Do:

Manage lease renewals and generate lease agreements.
Respond to prospective renters and coordinate property showings.
Facilitate self-showings by providing access codes and instructions.
Place and retrieve lockboxes and visit properties as needed.
Prepare property marketing descriptions and pull rental comps.
Maintain spreadsheets, tracking systems, and leasing records.
Provide general administrative support to the Leasing Department.

What We're Looking For:

Active Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson License (required).
Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
Excellent writing skills and experience creating property marketing descriptions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
Strong computer skills and ability to learn property management software.
Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Compensation & Perks:

$45,000 annual base salary.
Additional $350 incentive per qualifying move-in resulting from self-showing coordination.
Primarily remote work with occasional office and property visits.
