The IT Support Specialist I provides frontline technical support for JM Murray employees by troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues. This role focuses on end-user support, device configuration, and assisting with the daily operation of endpoint systems and business applications.

Some essential functions:
\n
\n
1. Helpdesk Support- first-line tech support with computers, laptops, scanners, & printers
\n
2. Endpoint Support- configure and deploy computers and perform routine maintenance
\n
3. Asset and Equipment Management- maintain inventory, track warranties
\n
4. Department Support- assist IT staff with updates, document procedures, provide training
\n
