Position Title: AI & Databricks Solution Architect / Lead Engineer

Technical Skills:
- Strong experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in Python programming.
- Hands-on expertise with Databricks, including:
- Delta Lake
- Spark / PySpark
- Databricks Workflows
- Unity Catalog
- ML flow
- Lakehouse Architecture
- Experience building and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of Data Engineering and Data Architecture principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS
- Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, and automated deployment pipelines.
- Experience integrating healthcare data sources and analytics platforms.
Healthcare Domain:
- Understanding of healthcare data ecosystems and standards.
- Experience working with clinical, claims, patient, provider, or operational healthcare datasets.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance and data privacy requirements such as HIPAA is preferred.
