About the Role:
K. Payne Contracting, LLC is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented PFA Cleaner to join our team at the Nashville International Airport. Responsibilities:
- Perform exterior cleaning and maintenance of the assigned property
- Transport trash to the designated disposal site using a company vehicle
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners in accordance with facility schedules
- Wipe down exterior surfaces, fixtures, and other designated areas
- Adhere to all airport security protocols and badging requirements while on the premises
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or facility concerns to supervisors promptly
- Maintain cleaning carts and equipment in proper working condition
Requirements:
- Prior commercial or facility cleaning experience preferred
- Must have valid Driver's License
- Ability to pass a TSA background check and obtain required airport security badge
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a high-traffic environment
- Valid government-issued ID required for badging and employment verification
