- 10+ years of experience in Python development, preferably within Capital Markets, Equities Trading, or Financial Services environments.
- Strong hands-on experience in Python development with the ability to build scalable data processing and reporting solutions.
- Experience working with Equities Trading data, market data, transaction data, and trade reporting systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, PySpark, and SQL Alchemy for data analysis and processing.
- Expertise in SQL and working with relational databases for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of Equities Trading, trade lifecycle, market data, order management, execution, allocation, and settlement processes.
- Experience developing automated reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions for business stakeholders.
- Experience in data validation, reconciliation, and ensuring data quality across trading and reporting platforms.
- Hands-on experience with ETL processes, data automation, and workflow optimization.
- Experience working with large datasets in enterprise data platforms.
- Proven experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
