Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities: What You’ll Do

• Meet with qualified homebuyers and understand their needs
• Conduct buyer consultations and property showings
• Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts
• Guide buyers from contract to closing
• Manage client communication and follow-up using CRM
• Build relationships that drive referrals and repeat business
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Marketing, and Transaction Coordination

Qualifications: What You’ll Do

• Meet with Spanish-speaking sellers and guide them through the listing process
• Conduct listing consultations and convert opportunities into signed listings
• Manage seller leads, follow-up, and appointments using a CRM
• Host open houses and generate new client opportunities
• Deliver an exceptional experience from consultation to closing
• Manage your sales pipeline and daily activities
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching
