About the Role
We are hiring Maintenance Technicians to support a highly automated distribution facility by maintaining and repairing advanced equipment. This role is focused on troubleshooting and improving the performance of industrial systems in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair on industrial and automated equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Maintain and repair motors, conveyors, and material handling systems
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Complete preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
- Diagnose issues and minimize downtime
- Document repairs and maintenance activities
- Follow all safety standards and procedures
Requirements
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Background in one of the following: HVAC, millwright, electrician, or military maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Experience working with motors and industrial equipment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.50 - $35.50/hr.
