Job Description*** Must Interview In-Person - No Relocation Assistance ***Schedule: Monday - Friday (7:00am - 4:30pm)
Payrate: $25 per hour
Job Description:Perform a wide variety of maintenance duties related to apartment buildings and property.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Replace locks and keys, re-key if necessary; checks weather stripping, replacing/repairing if necessary
- Repair walls, door and floors
- Check electrical fixtures, replaces bad lights, plugs, switches, etc
- Check plumbing, hot water heater, drain lines, supply lines, faucets, commode, tub, shower, repairs when necessary
- Test and replace smoke alarms
- Check operation of appliances
- Change the A/C filter, check the coils, clean when necessary
- Caulk counter tops, sinks, bathtubs
- Maintain a written status and make ready check list
- Perform annual unit inspections
- Ensure the turnover of units (make-ready) within 5 days
- Maintains tools and equipment in good safe working order
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ Year of Related Apartment Maintenance Experience
- Knowledge and Skills in Plumbing, Electrical, and General Maintenance
- HI Driver's license, Clean DMV and Reliable Transportation
