Job Description
A leading Tier 1 automotive parts manufacturer located near Montgomery, AL is looking for a Korean/ English Bilingual Quality Assurance Lead to join their team. Ideal candidate will have minimum 3+ years of internal auditing experience in manufacturing setting. This position is full-time and onsite position with comprehensive benefit package.

Responsibilities- Korean/ English Bilingual Quality Assurance Lead:

- \n
- Oversee Quality Department including budget, production schedule, staffing, production goals, etc.
- Ensure the company’s production follows ISO 9001 compliance all time
- Prepare for scheduled internal / external audits and ensure company is ready for unscheduled audits as well
- Maintain clean and safe workplace and ensure the team follows company procedure and policies
- Analyze the existing system and implement action plans for quality improvement
- Manage customer’s complaints regarding quality issues and direct team accordingly
- Communicate with customers effectively and handle difficult situation
- Perform investigations for quality issues and analyze data for improvement
- Ensure everyone in the company follows safety protocol and report any unsafe environment
- Communicate closely with Production Department for any quality issues
- Build and maintain a professional relationship with team member for effective communication
- Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements- Korean/ English Bilingual Quality Assurance Lead:
\n
- \n
- Bachelors in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering and related field
- Minimum 3 years of Quality Assurance experience in automotive manufacturing company
- IATF 16949/ ISO 9001/14001 knowledge/ experience is required
- Business-level in both Korean and English language skills
- Excellent Communication skills (Speaking, Reading, and Writing)
- Must be flexible and able to work in a multicultural environment responsibly and effectively
- Team Worker, Punctual, Time-sensitive, Responsible, Detail-oriented, Self-motivated
- This position includes working in a manufacturing and/or warehousing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, lift in excess of 50 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
