Responsibilities:
- Receive, program, configure, test, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, track, and retire paging devices and related communication equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and asset accountability for devices supporting clinical and operational staff.
- Perform daily provisioning, inventory control, repair, distribution, shipping, receiving, and lifecycle management activities.
- Process returned devices, complete functional testing and quality reviews, perform minor repairs, and prepare equipment for redeployment.
- Fulfill device requests and coordinate shipments to enterprise locations in Minnesota, Arizona, Florida, and Wisconsin.
- Monitor inventory levels and utilization, conduct audits, and ensure accurate documentation in asset tracking systems.
- Assist with equipment replacement programs, device refresh, and disposal in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues, coordinate escalations, maintain operational documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and manage inventory within established processes and procedures.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and asset tracking or inventory management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and independently manage assigned responsibilities.
- Adaptability in a changing work environment with effective task prioritization and attention to detail.
- Basic troubleshooting and hardware support skills, including routine maintenance and minor device repairs.
- Ability to coordinate resolution of complex technical issues and uphold service excellence.
- Education: High School diploma/GED and two years of related experience in telecommunications, technology support, inventory management, logistics, or asset management, or an Associate’s degree.
