Position Summary:As a Leasing Professional, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and play a key role in maintaining high occupancy through exceptional customer service, effective sales techniques, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective residents in person, over the phone, and online.
- Conduct engaging property tours and highlight community features and amenities.
- Respond promptly to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospects.
- Process rental applications and lease agreements accurately.
- Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and market conditions.
- Build positive relationships with current residents and assist with resident retention efforts.
- Coordinate move-ins and provide an outstanding resident experience.
- Maintain accurate leasing records and update property management software.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, outreach, and community events.
- Ensure the leasing office and model apartments are clean, organized, and welcoming.
Qualifications:
- Previous leasing, sales, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency; experience with property management software is a plus.
- Weekend availability required.
