Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of overall IT experience with broad knowledge of:
- IT architecture and infrastructure setup and management
- Operating systems and databases
- Enterprise applications
- Networking and cloud implementations
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and applications.
- Strong understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure components, including compute, storage, networking, security, data, and applications.
- Experience implementing and maintaining AWS security controls and configurations.
- Familiarity with AWS security monitoring services, including GuardDuty, Security Hub, CloudWatch, and SIEM tools.
- Experience with AWS IAM administration, access control, roles, and permissions.
- Knowledge of vulnerability assessment and remediation using AWS Inspector or similar security tools.
- Understanding of cloud security governance, compliance, audit processes, and security assessments.
- Familiarity with AWS Config, configuration rules, security policies, and governance controls.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
