Job Description
We are seeking an Installer with hands-on experience pulling and terminating cable and installing servers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–5 years of relevant experience who enjoys technical, hands-on installation work.
This position will begin as a 3–6 month contract, with the plan to convert successful team members to permanent employees after the contract period.
Responsibilities
- Pull and route cable for installation projects
- Terminate cables accurately and professionally
- Assist with or perform server installations
- Complete installation work according to project requirements
- Maintain organized and professional work areas
- Work effectively as part of an installation team
- Travel to support projects when needed
Qualifications
- 1–5 years of relevant installation experience
- Hands-on experience pulling cable
- Experience terminating cable
- Experience with server installation
- Willingness and flexibility to travel if needed
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a hands-on technical environment
Location & Travel
The position is based in Phoenix, Arizona. There is currently enough project work in the Phoenix area for installers to remain local; however, candidates should be open to travel if project needs require it.
Employment Structure
- Initial contract: 3–6 months
- Long-term plan: Conversion to a permanent position following the contract period
