Position Summary
We are seeking three (3) Bilingual Quality Trainers to join our Quality Assurance team. This role is responsible for assessing training needs, developing and delivering engaging training programs, coaching employees, conducting quality audits, and ensuring all QA staff are knowledgeable and compliant with company standards.
The ideal candidate is an experienced trainer who is comfortable presenting to groups, translating training materials, and working a flexible schedule to support both day and night shift employees.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Assess employee skills and identify training and development needs within the Quality Assurance department.

Develop, coordinate, and deliver training using a variety of instructional methods, including classroom presentations, one-on-one coaching, workshops, job shadowing, and mentoring.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements when needed.

Ensure all QA employees are properly trained and understand their job responsibilities and quality standards.

Conduct periodic quality audits to evaluate employee performance, skills, and knowledge.

Document audit findings and communicate performance gaps or coaching opportunities promptly.

Assist with onboarding and training temporary QA employees.

Translate training materials, work instructions, and other documentation as needed.

Collaborate with leadership and team members to improve training programs and quality processes.

Follow all company policies, security procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, safety guidelines, and ISO requirements.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Perform additional duties as assigned to support business operations.
Qualifications

Fluent in English and one of the required languages (Farsi, Nepali, or Spanish).

Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage employees in both classroom and hands-on training environments.

Experience translating documents and communicating technical information in both languages.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), email, intranet systems, and management information systems (MIS).

Ability to read, understand, and communicate work-related information.
